Book-keeper and payroll administrator required to join our small, friendly team.

Key duties to include:

  • Book-keeping using Free agent, Kashflow and Xero including posting of sales and purchase invoices via Receipt Bank, reconciling the bank and filing VAT returns. Posting journals.
  • Payroll admin duties including uploading new employee data to software and amendment of pay weekly and monthly under instruction

Secondary duties to include:

  • Assisting other staff with postings and analysis on accounts jobs
  • Office cover including answering the phone and dealing with clients
  • The candidate will need to be organised, willing and able to work alone and at same time fit in with a close team and to be flexible. Will need to be able to organise their work schedule and prioritise
  • Good, clear communication skills essential
  • Good computer skills including excel and word. Two years minimum experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £19,000.00 to £22,000.00 per year

Experience: Book-keeping: 2 years (Preferred)

Education: A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
